My space bar was stuck, and now seems broken. My computer is a macbook latest version. Is this a recall problem? Many, many macbook users are having the same issue? Please, advise me what to do with my not functional space bar .

Recalls are issued when a significant number of devices fail in some way prior to expectations. If the keyboard failed during warranty, Apple would have replaced it.
While it's very frustrating when your computer doesn't work, that doesn't instantly mean that everyone else is having that problem.
Make an appointment with the Genius Bar, it's under warranty.
