how can i use offline maps in carplay as i live in an area that has poor/no mobile phone coverage

I have an iPhone SE which is connected to a Mitsubishi Pajero 2017 with Apple car play. I would like to download offline maps for Western Australia through Apple maps for travellg in remote rural locations or be able to use the offline navigation apps I already have but won’t show on carplay. I don’t want to jail break the phone.
