i got an used phone from the owner.. and the owner is not hear for so many months...and the real owner find my phone is on and its locked.. as i am new to iphone . i dont know anything what was the rules an now i am suffering a lot to unlock because i dont have any proof.. please do the needful....

In the situation you describe there is nothing you can do - there is no way at all you can unlock the phone. Only the previous owner can do that.
Nor will you help yourself by marking your own post as solved. It will show up against the question and deter other people from looking at your post.
