News app

I don’t know why the News built in app is no more available on my IPhone 6plus. All my friends in Italy are using it even on IPhone 6plus. What should I do to recover it? I already tried to change the region to Us and nothing happened. The News is not available on the App Store. I’m very upset because it was one of my favorite app. Please help me to recover it. I have installed the last release so my IPhone is correctly updated
