In/out point of a region in Project Audio

Can I set in/out point of a region in Project Audio window and drag its to the tracks area?

move your cursor to the start of the region.... you are in the middle .. you want to drag the start of the region to the right... you will know you are there as the tool will change

Yes -

Using the point tool just drag the left or right side of the region in or out - when done drag the region to the arrange window.

Can't figure out how to do it.... I have the pointer tool and in Project Audio window I get only this behavior....
