Export People Tags

Hi,

I'm regularly backing up the picture I took with my iPhone on a NAS.

Since I don't want to loose all the people tags when the time comes that I need to delete some of my pictures on the phone, I wanted to ask if there is a way to export the people tags to my Mac/PC somehow? Preferably an an attribute in the JPG files.
