Outlook events not showing in Calendar

I reset my iPhone today because it kept freezing. But after adding my outlook account and going to the calendar none of the events are showing up, but it works fine with my gmail events.

EDIT: just found out my contacts are missing some too, starting to look like my outlook won't sync at all.

How do I fix this?
