Automatic volume settings in iOS

Hello, when I listen to loud music with earpods and then stop for awhile without setting the volume down again, and then after a time plug back for further music listening forgetting the high volume setting, it blows my head and temper right off with a mega blast of volume like a shotgun.

Is there a automatic „volume set default to normal“ function in the latest iOS, whenever someone stops listen to loud music?
