Any option for split screen (side by side before and after) comparisons of colour correcting (grading)?

There's a very kludgy method to make a compound clip of the clip or group you want to compare. Select the compound in the browser and open the event viewer. As I said kludgy. Needs to be fixed.

We need still store, dupe detection, and scrolling timeline, not to mention audio mixing.

None really, just time and resources. A software solution has to be designed. There are a number of ways to do it, a more elegant variation of the kludge, or a still store where individual frames can be stashed and called up to the event viewer.

It occurred to me that you could open the Browser Viewer and get a "sort of" side by side view.
