macOS High Sierra night soft stops working

I'm using a Macbook pro 13-inch 2016 (High Sierra 10.13.2) and its night shift is inactive for no reason. I've tried to log into safe mode as well as changed to custom, but it didn't make scene. I'm kinda stock how to this. Thank in advance for any suggestions.
