Safari/Preferences/Privacy and make sure Block all cookies isn't set. If you are still having problems, in the same place, try unchecking Prevent cross-site tracking. Which web site are you having problems with?

Unchecking "Prevent cross-site tracking" was the ticket. The web-site I was having trouble with was CraveTV.ca
A streaming service I subscribe to. Worked across all my other devices, all is good now.
I was on a call with Apple Support, your reply came in while we were troubleshooting, was on hold while agent was going up to senior level for assistance. You have helped there as well. Hopefully Apple will update their online support to the new procedures.
