Hi everyone,
I have some trouble syncing manually in iTunes.
Some of my pictures won't get synced (syncing ends halfway), and some video files receive the error saying that my iPhone doesn't support the format. However, the videos were taken on an iPhone X.
I have sufficient storage on all my devices, and all applications and systems are updated.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know about the video files, but since the iOS 11 system update there is a problem with syncing photos manually in iTunes. It just doesn't work anymore.

There are several other threads about the same problem. Apple is aware of the problem, but seems to take an awful lot of time to repair this bug. If ever.
