Error message on Mac when texting pics

I'm receiving error messages on my MacBook Pro for each individual text sent that includes pictures attached. Messages with pics are going through on my phone and iPad no problem.

MacBook Pro TouchBar and Touch ID, macOS Sierra (10.12.6)
