Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I brought a new iphone 8plus and when i opened the sim slot i found a sim card of sprint inside it, what am i supposed to do now? Should i get the phone changed? Is that a used phone or something ? Please help!

You bought a gray market phone that was originally sold for use on Sprint in the US...

Does it work with the SIM you're trying to use? If you're getting an invalid SIM message when you attempt to activate it with a SIM from your chosen character, that means the phone is locked to Sprint. You will have to contact them and see if they will unlock it.
