Does it work with the SIM you're trying to use? If you're getting an invalid SIM message when you attempt to activate it with a SIM from your chosen character, that means the phone is locked to Sprint. You will have to contact them and see if they will unlock it.

It actually worked with my sim card,i can make and receive calls from it
i am just worried about the sprint sim card that i got inside the phone . Is it normal to get a sim card inside a new iphone? Thats really weird
