I can I import e-mails from 2008 Entourage into Outlook (Office 365)?

I recently upgraded to Office 365 from Office 2008 and want to import the e-mails saved in Entourage to my new e-mail program. I have created an archive file from Entourage, but apparently, Outlook cannot read it. Is there a way to move those old e-mails into Outlook, or am I stuck with having to determine what to keep and resend them one at a time?
