activation lock

Does anyone know how to get around the activation lock?

I no longer use the apple id as I had my identity stolen and it was easier to change it

I no longer have the email address for the same reason!

I cannot for the life of me remember the passcode and now have a perfectly goo 5S in activation lock

HELP
