How to change the App Store account

I’ve got an iPhone which I used to use with my old Apple ID, today I tried to sign in with my current ID. Everything goes great except for that I can’t change the App Store account - it just requests me to sign in with the old account, which I can’t remember the pass after months . I’ve googled the problem and tried every suggestions possible. Finally, I’ve reset all settings, signed out my Apple ID in the App Store and tried to sign in but it doesn’t respond after I fill ID and password.

So I can’t update all my apps.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
