MIDI Pitch change problem

Hi,

I am using MIDI in Logic Pro X and when I programme or play it in at the pitch I want it at, it will be fine for a while then will randomly change the pitch of the notes. This also occurs if I bounce it down or export to the loops library, the pitch of the bounce down is wrong. Why is this happening?
