How to delete a Reminder List that isn't in iCloud?

Created a Reminder List on 6s using 11.2.1. It does not show as iCloud and does not appear on iPad or watch. Now I want to delete it but when select Edit the Delete List option does not show at bottom on the page.

How to delete this and from where? If list created on iPad it shows on both and can be deleted from either.
