Migrating Boot Camp Windows 10 partition to new MacBook Pro

I've recently upgraded from my 13" MacBook Pro Mid-2012 to the new 13" MacBook Pro 2017. I've successfully transferred all my data on the macOS partition. However, I am looking for a way to transfer my Boot Camp partition to the new MacBook Pro without losing my Windows 10 activation and keeping my files intact.

I've found that the WinClone tool may be an effective solution, but I'm looking for cheaper or free alternatives before spending almost 50 bucks on an app I will probably only use one time. Will using Disk Utility to create a disk image of the Boot Camp partition and restoring it to the new Mac do the trick?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
