Cannot see download arrow on purchased movies

I am trying to download the SD version of several movies through the purchased link in iTunes. When I get my list of movies there is no download arrow appearing on any of the titles. I have restarting and I have tried on several computers. In the past I uncheck the download HD box and the click the download arrow on the title. Not sure what happened to the arrows? This is on my iMac and I have tried on multiple machines and a friend is seeing the same issue. IS this a bug in the latest version of iTunes?

I have contacted iTunes Apple Support and the person just sent me back to the Apple Support page to contact support, which is just going to put me in a circle.
