I have noticed within photos that I have duplicate photos and videos in various albums. Just how do I delete from within various albums without loosing the original photo or video from the primary album or source?

I have noticed within photos that I have duplicate photos and videos in various albums.
Why do you want to remove the photos from various albums? The photos and videos in the albums are no duplicates and do not require any storage. If a photo should belong to several albums, add it to them, no problem.
If you want to remove a photo from an album, just select it and use the delete key ⌫ . The photo will be removed from the album, but remain in the library.
