I need help with a wireless charger for my phone.

I bought the Fantasy wireless charger for my iPhone 8Plus. It doesn't seem to work. Should it be compatible? Is there something in the setup that I need to enable to use this?

I have one for iPhone 6s Fantasy that works OK try another cable

Also try different places on charger does charger light up when you connect to the mains small red light in the centre of charger?

The charger does light up when connected to power. I am wondering if there is something in the setup on my phone that keeps it from accepting the wireless charger.

Iphone 8/X may only work with apple approved
