Sim not working in my iphone

Hi I have an unlocked iPhone bought in United States that’s now running on prepaid metro pcs network but I just came home to Czech Republic and put a Czech SIM card in and it says this sim isn’t supported and I really need to use the Czech one while being here

The phone is not unlocked if it will not accept a sim from a Czech carrier.

You need to contact your carrier and request an unlock if you are eligible.
