Issues with fat32 and 3Gb files

My Mac doesn't allow me to transfer files larger than 2gb into one fat32 flash drive.

I formatted the flash drive using the Disk Utility as MS-DOS (Fat32) and it's not accepting files larger than 2gb.

Thanks

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), macOS High Sierra (10.13.2)

FWIW, there is a Finder bug in High Sierra that won't allow files over 2GB to be copied to a FAT32 drive. They can still be copied using the Terminal, a Finder replacement such as Path Finder, or some other file handling apps such as SyncTwoFolders etc.
