iPad virus?

iPad 10.3.3 suddenly runs amuck, changing sites, typing letters, behaves like a virus. Have new isp but other devices unaffected. Sometimes runs okay for hours at a time. Have shut down and restarted, closed unused apps. Sometimes this works.
