Souq.com is an Amazon company. Amazon itself is not an Apple Authorized reseller of iPhones and neither are any resellers on Amazon authorized sellers, so anything you buy from there is a used device. There would be no legitimate source of truly retail new, never sold devices on that site.

Any warranty began clocking down the moment whomever originally bought those devices on that sight. The warrant starts the day of sale from Apple or an Apple Authorized reseller, regardless of use or activation. So a used device originally purchased more than one year ago would have no warranty, even if sold still in the original packaging and never used by anyone.
