Rename home folder - High Sierra

Is there a good way to rename a home folder in High Sierra?

I have been doing some testing, and I found that changing the home directory and name will change the account to Standard and not Admin. I know it's not smart to do unless you know what you are doing, but is it done through the Advanced Settings in the System Preferences > Users & Groups?
