Problemi con autenticazione iCloud e ID Apple

Ciao,

ho problemi con iCloud online e sul macbook pro.

Ho modificato l'email associata all'ID apple, ogni qualvolta volessi entrare in iCloud, il sistema mi chiede la verifica, è normale?

L'email che ho associato all'account non è stata aggiornata sul macbook pro, compare ancora quella vecchia che ho eliminato. L'applicazione iCloud si blocca, la rotella del caricamento gira all'infinito.

I have a problem with iCloud account, every time I try to sign in, it ask me the verify authentication. Also, the new id email didn't change into the iCloud app on the macbook pro, id@libero is the old one I delete. The iCloud loading doesn't stop, the wheel turns to infinity!

Hi Eric, thanks to reply me, I don't have any Documents and Desktop syncing to turn off into the iCloud Drive Options. Above the anteprima there is Automator.app

Where I can find Documents and Desktop syncing?

A apple staff help me by remote app, and we solved it, but I discovered that icloud takes files from the computer and inserts them into the cloud, while I need the files to remain on the my laptop.

You are welcome. If you are using macOS Sierra or High Sierra, it should be at the top of the list on the panel in your screen shot. If you are using an earlier version of the OS, it won't be there. All of the checked items are syncing the application's data to iCloud Drive. You can uncheck them if you want to stop syncing.

Hi Eric, I use El Capitan in this macbook pro (middle 2009) but I bought new one (late 2016 touch bar) so I thought to update iCloud to sync my work folder file. To do that I used MacDropAny. What I'd like to do is connect both job folder into the both macbook pro. That's all.

But I discovered that MacDropAny transforms the folder into an alias folder while transfer all file into the iCloud.

Hi Eric, thanks for your replay, I use iCloud Drive, it's works like dropbox, I think the solution for me is to use a external hd. I can use iCloud to share. When you write (no internet) what you mean?

Go to System Preferences/iCloud/iCloud Drive/Options to turn off Documents and Desktop syncing. Also turn off Optimization if that is on. Copy the files from iCloud Drive to the desired folder.

You are welcome. After reading the article below, that is how MacDropAny is supposed to work. It is actually using DropBox.

You are welcome. Try iCloud Drive. That will put a copy of the files in iCloud, but will retain a copy on the computers so you can access the document if you are on line (no Internet).
