Purchased menu glitch

There's a weird glitch on my iTunes program that I've had for a week and I can't figure out. When I go into the "Purchased" menu on my account, my music shows up fine, but my movies, TV Shows and audiobooks aren't appearing. Now, that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with my purchases, since they show up on my account and I can re-download everything by re-visiting their individual pages, so it's not like they got deleted. It's just the Purchased menu pages for them that's acting up! What's going on and how can i fix it?

And before anyone asks, no I did not hide them by accident. IT's something that's been an issue since last Sunday!
