New amazon video app
Amazon app installs fine but when trying to watch the screen says error
Apple TV (4th generation), iOS 11.2.1
What's the error you're getting?

It says network error but, it doesn’t make sense because everything else works fine

Have you considered either restarting the device or perhaps resetting the network settings on the device?
Thank you but, yes I’ve tried all the standard things that one would expect to do. Reset router, restarted unit, unplugged unit and plugged back in. Reconnected WiFi. Etc.....
