iTunes and Apple Music are speeding through all of the songs I want to hear

I'm attempting to listen to songs I downloading using Apple Music and they keep skipping through entire albums and it's driving me crazy. I'm paying for a service I can't use. Anybody know what's wrong or how I can fix this?

As it looks like no one has responded to your question, we've a few items that may help others answer.

Is this happening on a computer or a device?
Does the same occur if you delete one of the songs and try streaming it while online?
