with my battery on my iPhone 7 Plus draining at night since I downloaded the update for the eight or the iPhone X. Has there been a fix issue than anyone knows of?

The "fix" would be something unique to your situation, as the battery drain is also unique to your situation. Go to Settings > Battery and determine what app(s) is/are causing the issue.
