iCloud for multiple devices

I have 2 iPhone and they are sharing the same Apple ID. Both of them are using iCloud to backup the content, and I can see both devices appear in my iCloud account.

The questions is: will any changes in one of the device affect another? E.g. delete an app in one of the iPhone, and another iPhone will automatically sync and delete the same app.

The two backups are completely independent. However, synced data is not. If you have any syncing turned on in Settings > [username] > iCloud > (e.g., Contacts, Notes, iCloud Photo Library) and you delete, add, or change something on one device, that will be synced to iCloud and the other device.

Deleting an app on one device will not delete the app on the other device.
