Settings search not showing

I just updated the iphone X to IOS 11.2.1 And when I try to use the “search” bar from the settings app the only thing showing is the 3rd party apps. My iphone 7 has the same IOS 11.2.1 and it does shows the actuall settings from the phone Is this something I need to turn on? Thanks
