repair icloud for windows to use icloud with outlook

I have just gotten a new computer. I installed iTunes and icloud for windows. I signed in to icloud control panel and have been asked repeatedly to go into my programs and repair in order to have icloud work with outlook. I've uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes and icloud numerous times. My older computer had the same version of windows and office/outlook and everything worked fine. Any advice? I need a way to completely uninstall everything to do with apple (registries, etc) and start over again maybe. Is there possibly a tool to do this?
