There is no option or setting that will prevent call log sharing when using the same Apple ID. Apple IDs are not meant to be shared. You can have separate IDs and still share selected things, if desired, via Family Sharing. Family Sharing - Apple Support

Hello there,

I can definitely help with this:

  1. Go to Settings > Phone -> Calls on other devices.
  2. Turn on 'allow calls on other devices'. This will list all the devices signed into your iCloud account.
  3. Turn off all those devices.
  4. Turn off 'allow calls on other devices'
