FCPX keeps crashing on startup

Help!

Everytime I open FCPX (10.4 newest version) it crashes!

I think it's because my hard drive was getting bogged down. So I cleaned it up and have 500gb free on my SSD and running the project off a External drive that has 3tb free. So space isn't an issue.

Ive already tried trashing preferences. Nothing helps
