I can't update any apps

I can't update any apps because it is still asking for my old apple id which doesn't exist anymore and I even logged in to my new apple id on the app store yet it still asks me for the password for my old apple id. And none of my old passwords work for that old apple id because obviously it doesn't exist. please help me figure this out because I have 67 apps that need to be updated and they are making my phone really slow.

Apps are always tied to the Apple ID under which they were purchased. This is why it's rarely a good idea to create a new Apple ID. When you change your email address, you simply update your current Apple ID.

Apple IDs don't stop existing. You can see if you can recover the passcode here:

If you can't recover the passcode, you will need to delete all the apps that were purchased under the old Apple ID and then redownload/repurchase them under the current Apple ID.
