Depending on the entire configuration of a white basic MacBook 13-inch 2010 model
the Logic Pro X may or not be able to squeak by and stumble drunkenly to fall on floor.

Actually, the Technical Specifications indicate minimum hardware, don't actually suggest
one series of device over another and if your MacBook has 7200-RPM 500+ GB HDD or
an SSD it may be able rise to the challenge. ~ El Capitan 10.11.6 or Later, enough RAM for
the OS X and the application, credible workspace in the hard drive to swap temp files, as
these applications may save every step as a whole file, so as to eat up much capacity...
Logic Pro X - Apple -- this seems to be geared for later hardware & macOS specs.
I'd look for at least a 13-inch MacBook/Pro circa 2012, & open it up for an SSD upgrade;
plus install 16GB RAM. If you don't need an optical drive, an SDD drive-doubler may help.
However if you like to experiment and have old MacBook + Logic Pro X, check to see if
the Mac hardware supports Pro X software and also has enough resources to run OS X.
A dedicated early MacBook may work for awhile, before it lets you know its old & weak.
Good luck in this venture...! 🙂
