Do you have this problem with any Apple app, like Message, Mail, Notes, Safari? If so, could you use the camera icon to post a screen shot?
I dont think it happens when i use any Apple apps, But it do happens when i use messanger,Instagram,Etc,And before updating to iOS 11 that prorblem wasnt there especially at iOS 10.

If only 3rd party apps are doing this, you need to contact the people who make them, they probably need to update their apps.
