Unbalanced track

Hi. I can't understand why all my new audio tracks which I create come up with a low right signal. I tried to restart Logic and my Mac. I tried to make a new project with no effects but still the same. I need to put a compressor or something to lift up R signal. What the solution to make L and R equally?
