Is there a way to increase the text size in the safari browser for the iPhone X?

The text size of my safari web browser actually looks smaller on the IPhone X compared to my 6+. I increased the text size in display and brightness settings but the text in safari is still small. There are people complaint about this on Reddit too but no answers. I can use a zoom window or pinch the screen to increase text size but then I have to move the screen side to side to read the text. Is there a way to increase the text with the text fit to the screen?

I find this very frustrating and that it’s impossible to change even with the settings in accessibility. Also the pinch to zoom doesn’t auto flow the text. I came from a 7plus and honestly I think this phone is straining my eyes. Apple needs to fix this.
