Apple model A1360 battery charger

I bought a Model A1360 battery charger tonight at Staples. The batteries shipped in the charger flashed amber when I plugged it in, the other 4 charged up to green as expected. NiMH batteries turn to junk if you drain them to long, I’m guessing this is what happened, can you send me two replacements?

You would need to take the whole purchase back to Staples. We here, have no authority to handle such matters. It will be easy to demonstrate your findings, but do get it back within 14 days as it will be under warranty.
