My Apple ID Hacked

Suddenly my Apple ID ask me to enter my password, when I did this, it’s told me that my account is locked and when I try to unlock it he was me to put a trusted number which different what I put before so I think my Apple ID us hacked, what should I?

Login into appleid.apple.com and change your password, also update your contact details.

Also consider enabling two-factor authentication once that's done.

I’m trying to do that but the two factor authentication got change by someone and put a different number from what I had before
