Type Static Text Over All Animation Layers?

Animated sticker with several layers - unmoving text above animation. Can I use Motion 5 to type text once that will appear/export static and unmoving on ALL layers? (I can't find a regular text tool anywhere.) Or do I have to export and do the text in After Effects?

(Sure, I can use Photoshop to type the same text onto every frame (12 frames each x 150 stickers) but that would take a week.)
