I can’t remove my bebit card information on my iPhone

How can I do that can you help me with that??

This article If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store - Apple Sup… states that you cannot remove payment card information by selecting "none" if you "have an unpaid balance of payment due".

You need to update your card details even if the card is now in good order to resolve that issue. Then you should be able to select none.
