What version of Office are you using? Unless you are an Office 365 subscriber you will need your original activation key that came with your Office install disk or were sent via email when you purchased the product.
I was using the Microsoft Office 2011. It was installed by the technician from the shop I bought the MacBook Air in 2014. Is there another version of Microsoft Office I can buy and install which is compatible with Mac OS High Sierra Version 10.13.2. Please, help me out. I am almost frozen.
Thank you,
I would use Microsoft Office 365. It is a subscription-based version. You could also just as easily do Microsoft Office 2016. All of your Office 2011 documents should be compatible.
Check here for pricing and more info: Office 365 for Mac, Office 2016 for Mac

If you no longer have the installation key for it, then there's not much you can do.
Remove it according to the instructions on Microsoft's web-site and purchase either the standalone version of Office 2016 or subscribe to Office 365.
