Purchased the Starbucks secret menu app and know it says that that app is no longer available, so does that mean i have to buy a new one

Well, it does mean you have to download a new one. However, the app is free of charge (at least in the U.S.).

It's free in Canada too. But if it's a "secret menu app" I might be able to save a million dollars the next time I get my Grande coffee.
