Trying to create boot flash with boot camp

It would seem that in the name of "streamlining" things and simplifying the installation process, they have removed the ability to create a boot drive, which I desperately need, because I am building a new PC and only have a Mac with which to create said boot drive.

Is anyone aware of any other way to create a bootable flash drive with windows 10 using a Mac with High Sierra installed on it?

When I open up Boot Camp, it doesn't even give me the option to create a boot disk, and goes straight into the installation page. The most recent post I can find is from May 2017, so any changes must have come during that time.

MacBook Air, macOS High Sierra (10.13.2)
